It was in the fight, that she and Craig decided to start the SagerStrong Foundation, with the mission to “give hope to those that need it most, through programming and research to help families cope with the blood cancer diagnosis.”

Stacy works tirelessly to further the mission of the Foundation to help develop partnerships, grants and events to raise funds to support blood cancer research. Stacy continues the mission SAGERSTRONG Foundation in the hope that, one day, leukemia patients and their families will never have to go through the battle that they endured. Stacy and children, Riley and Ryan, are committed to make Craig’s legacy a reality.

In Craig’s words, “We’re fighting not only for myself and for my family, but I feel we’re fighting for everybody who has cancer.”
